Call 911 if you are in danger.

Gas odor, carbon monoxide alarm, fire, smoke, sparking electrical, or a structural collapse risk — leave if you can, then call 911. Then tell B Squared.

1. 911 (or Con Edison / National Grid for gas, after you are safe)
2. Email or text B Squared with the unit and what you see
3. Keep your phone on

No heat in season, no hot water, active flood, sewage, or a lock that will not secure the unit are also treated as emergencies. Report them in the portal or by email/SMS. Do not wait for a tidy ticket.
