- 911 (or Con Edison / National Grid for gas, after you are safe)
- Email or text B Squared with the unit and what you see
- Keep your phone on
No heat in season, no hot water, active flood, sewage, or a lock that will not secure the unit are also treated as emergencies. Report them in the portal or by email/SMS. Do not wait for a tidy ticket.
